Refunds and Returns:
You can return a product if it is not listed as non-returnable or if you receive it under the following conditions:
Incorrect product: If the product is not received in its original undamaged packaging with all labels and tags.
Damaged/defective product.
(For electronics, opened packaging will be accepted if there is a discrepancy in the description or displayed images).
If you change your mind or mistakenly ordered a product, we will agree to the return under the specified conditions:
The products must be in their original packaging from the seller (sealed box) and not damaged or in poor condition. The packaging must be intact and undamaged.
For clothing and fashion orders, the original labels and tags must be present with the original packaging.
Water toys, air toys, costumes, and swimming pools cannot be returned once opened.
For other products, the return will be accepted if the product is in its original undamaged packaging, including all accessories.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
The refund will be credited to your wallet on the Blizz Mama store or to your credit card after we inspect the received products within 14 days.
The return period is 3 days, and the replacement period is 7 days.
